ATARC and Red Hat roundtable: App modernization at scale

In a recent roundtable discussion hosted by the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC) and Red Hat for the public sector, federal experts discussed challenges and opportunities with modernizing applications at scale. This paper covers the participating agencies' insights into strategies for successful application modernization, considerations for application modernization at scale, and a commonly unaddressed challenge: the developer experience.
